Log an IT support enquiry

For IT support, log into the Service Desk portal, where you can report and track an enquiry, fault or request.

Use these pages to change or reset your password

Reset a forgotten Password >

You will be prompted to enter your KU username and any one of the home emails you have registered against your student account.

You will then be emailed a password reset link (check your junk mail if you can't find it)

Click on the link within the email to be taken to our password reset page.


Change your Current Password >

You will be prompted to enter both your old and new passwords. It is important that the new password you choose meets the security requirements enforced by the service.

Password Complexity

Your new password will need to be a mix of letters, numbers and upper/lower case characters. In addition to this, it must be at least 8 characters long, not include your name (or significant parts of it) and not have been used previously.
